You will receive a response from us after submitting this form.

Should it be necessary to check the goods, we will send you an RMA number and the further procedure.

Please fill out the error description in detail and mark the package legibly with the RMA number that was sent to you.

If we have not received an application from you or if there is no RMA number on the package, we will refuse acceptance and you will get the package back at your expense.

If the complaint is rejected, the expense and return transport will be charged.
A flat-rate fee of EUR 20 per item and a flat-rate freight fee of EUR 15 per package / EUR 60 per pallet for the return will be charged for the assessment. The supplier's general terms and conditions of business and guarantee apply.
