After submitting this form, you will receive a reply from us.
If it is necessary to inspect the goods, we will send you an RMA number and further instructions.
Please provide a detailed description of the fault and clearly mark the package with the RMA number sent to you.
If we have not received an application from you, or if an RMA number is not found on the package, we will refuse acceptance and you will have to bear the cost of returning the package to you.
If the claim is rejected, the effort and return transport will be charged. A flat rate of 20 euros per item and a shipping fee of 15.00 euro per package / 60.00 euro per pallet will be charged for the return. The general terms and conditions of sale and warranty of the supplier apply.
