Shipping conditions

Deliveries within Germany:

Shipping costs for small packages from €5.90 and standard from €8.50 € per package. From an order value of 2000.00 € or 4 rims and complete wheels, we usually deliver free of charge.

All special price items are excluded, these are not free of charge.

For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge will be added to the shipping costs. The amount is requested as a daily price from the forwarding agent and offered and calculated separately as a new item.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs to Abroad according to shipping weight and volume.
The freight costs can therefore vary and cannot be precisely calculated and displayed in the online shop.

The price for pallet shipping, e.g. 4 wheels, is requested as a daily price from the forwarding agent and offered separately unless otherwise stated.

For individual packages, the shipping costs are from €10 per package via DPD (German parcel service).
Deliveries abroad (third country): Delivery outside the EU is also possible, e.g. to Switzerland or the United Kingdom etc..

If only "Collection" is available as a shipping method during the purchase process, please ask us about the shipping costs and specify the item.

Delivery times Unless a different period is specified in the item description, the goods are delivered in Germany within 2 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, on the day after your payment instruction or receipt on our account ).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Important INFO about shipping!

Obvious defects such as missing quantities, wrong items, damaged goods , etc. must be reported to us in writing immediately, but no later than within 5 days. Transport damage immediately upon handover in the presence of the driver of the transport company commissioned by us.
